Educational Qualifications:

1. Academic Requirements:

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English (Core/Elective) with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks from a recognized board such as AISSCE, CBSE, ICSE, SSCE, HSCE, or its equivalent.

2. NRI Candidates:

To be eligible for admission as a Non-Resident Indian (NRI), candidates must:

• Have a 12th-grade diploma or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
• Achieve a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
• Submit the following additional documents:
• A photocopy of your passport and visa.
• Four recent passport-sized photographs.
• Details of your residence in India.
• An HIV/AIDS/COVID-19 test report from a WHO-recognized institution.

1. Citizen & Nativity Requirements:

• The candidate should be an Indian citizen and a native of Tamil Nadu.

2. Nativity Certificate:

• Candidates who have studied from 6th to 12th standard in schools of Tamil Nadu do not need to submit a Nativity Certificate. However, they must provide valid proof of residence.

3. Documents Required:

• 12th Mark Sheet
• Transfer Certificate
• Income Certificate
• Aadhar Card Xerox
• Community Certificate or Caste Certificate
• Migration Certificate (for students from other states)
• Genuineness Certificate (students from other states and for NRI candidates)
• Eligibility Certificate (for other state board or open schooling candidates)

1. For B.Sc. Nursing Course:

• Candidates should have completed 17 years of age by 31st December of the admission year.

2. Age Limit for Different Categories:

• o OC / BC / BCM / MBC / DNC: Maximum age of 30 years as of 31st December.
• o SC / SCA / ST: Maximum age of 35 years as of 31st December.

1. First Graduate Scholarship:

• Students eligible for the First Graduate Scholarship must submit a valid First Graduate Certificate.

2. Other Scholarships:

• Eligible students can apply for scholarships released by the Government of Tamil Nadu by submitting the required documents during the admission process.

1. Entrance Examination:

• Candidates are selected based on their performance in the entrance exam.

2. Interview:

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview conducted by Mount Zion College of Nursing.

• Candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate from an authorized medical officer during the admission process.

1. NRI Candidates:
